1. Download a CSV trades report from Interactive Brokers.

Steps
Go to Reports → Statements.
Create a new Custom Statement.
From Sections select Trades.
From Section Configurations make sure Hide Details for Positions, Trades and Client Fees Sections? is set to No.
Sections: Trades
After saving the statement, run it with a CSV output.
Format: CSV

2. Upload the CSV file(s).

You can select multiple years (or a multi-year custom statement). The report uses disposals from the latest year in the data; earlier years still supply option premiums for stock lots closed later (e.g. puts assigned in a prior year).
